Don’t Let Them Use “Hate” to Steal Your Free Speech
Share
Hate is an interesting 4-letter word. A conversation stopper. Throw it into a chat and you’ll get a binary response: Everyone will say they are 100% against such a terrible thing. I mean, who can be for hate, am I right?
Now, back up and think about hate from globalist perspective. Consider the word as if you were Klaus Schwab bent on amassing more power. How convenient would it be to smear your enemy as a proponent of hate.
Conversation done.
Clearly, someone filled with hate is a non-person. Their opinions don’t matter. They are irredeemable. “To preserve our way of life we must censor such deplorables, lest they harm others,” is what the WEF boss Schwab would say.
It’s a brilliant ploy—again if you’re a globalist bent on amassing power—to shut down free speech. After all, who will come to the defense of hateful people?
But here’s the thing we must remember about the First Amendment. It’s not there to protect nice, pretty words. It’s there to protect the most odious, hateful things we can say. Otherwise why would you need a First Amendment?
The Enlightenment intellectual Voltaire and English writer Evelyn Beatrice Hall are both credited with saying, “I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.”
It doesn’t matter where the quote originated. Only the sentiment matters. The ACLU once protected the free speech activities of neo-Nazis in Skokie, Illinois. It wasn’t because the ACLU agreed with white supremacists. It was because the ALCU was committed to defending the most odious speech—hate.
Flash forward to 2024 and you will see the globalist elites are on the march, eroding free speech inch by inch. The playbook is the same they always use to take people’s rights: promise safety against the next bogeyman. They used the 9/11 terrorist attacks to usher in the Patriot Act and our Surveillance State. Likewise, they used COVID-19 to promote vaccine passports and contact tracing.
And now, all around the world, globalist authoritarians are telling us there is an epidemic of hate threatening us all.
Don’t believe me?
Consider our neighbor Canada where recent legislative amendments echo the darkest chapters of communist regimes. The country’s so-called Online Harms Act, or Bill C-63, represents not mere tweaks to the law but a radical departure from the liberal democratic values forming the bedrock of Western constitutions. This isn’t some refinement—it’s a rewriting of the rules, reshaping free expression into a tightly controlled privilege.
Under the pretext of combating 'hate speech' and 'protecting public safety,' the Canadian Parliament is enacting draconian laws that could result in life imprisonment for saying the wrong words. The law supposedly targets speech deemed supportive of genocide—a term that can be broadly interpreted.
“New Liberal 'Online Harms' bill to Make Online Hate Punishable up to Life in Prison” is the title of this National Post article. Please see this section:
The bill amends the Canadian Human Rights Act to specify that posting hate speech online is discrimination, to empower people to file complaints against individuals posting hate speech at the Canadian Human Rights Commission and to create a process for assessing hate speech complaints…
WEF Young Global Leader Justin Trudeau and his Canadian lackeys are no fools. They know hate is a powerful tool in their tyrannical arsenal. It’s like terrorism (in the early 2000s) or COVID (in 2020.)
Just say the word and people’s brains shut right off.
Not to be outdone, Scotland has unfurled the Hate Crime and Public Order Act, massively broadening the legal definition of hate speech and ramping up penalties. Under this act, a remark that a 'reasonable person' might find threatening could land someone behind bars for up to seven years, based merely on the perceived intent behind words related to gender identity or religion.
Again, that’s a heck of a broad definition. No way power-hungry authorities could use this to punish and control their citizens, right?
You know that answer.
These overreaches mark a chilling escalation in the war on us citizens. In Canada, the shift from a maximum of five years to life imprisonment for certain types of speech is such an unhinged power grab it feels surreal.
Meanwhile, Scotland has enacted measures to intensify scrutiny and policing of everyday conversations, transforming casual dialogue into a perilous landscape. More alarming is the advent of house arrest for mere speculation of future offenses by a judge, setting a precedent for predictive speech policing. This creates a climate where speaking one’s mind is not just dangerous—but could be ruinously life-altering.
Both new laws set a stage where people very quickly learn to shut up. Or inform on their neighbors. A sinister tactic, it feels straight out of the playbook of historical communist dictatorships. Or 1984. Or 2020.
Submission is the rule because compliance is your only safety.
This legislative shift towards stringent speech control is unfolding globally, spearheaded by the WEF as part of its Great Reset agenda. Elites advocate for this sweeping transformation arguing a global reordering is needed to address various social challenges. Yet, beneath this facade lies a grim reality: further consolidation of power and a systematic stripping away of individual freedoms.
The narrative promoted by the WEF paints the relinquishing of personal liberties as a needed sacrifice for societal stability and environmental sustainability. But make no mistake. This narrative is not just flawed; it’s evil. History is littered with examples where promises of protection and prosperity were merely preludes to tyranny.
Hate is the new terror—I mean virus in 2024. And you all know what we must do when the next bogeyman comes: run and hide.
Not me. And hopefully, not you either.
